Job Type: 6-month contract with a potential for extensionOut client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Release Manager to join their fast-growing team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and has a strong process-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with teams across Product, Engineering, and Production Operations to ensure software releases are delivered smoothly, on time, and with high quality.What You'll Do:- Own and manage end-to-end release cycles for the platform
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute releases
- Mitigate risks, communicate updates, and resolve blockers
- Continuously improve release processes and documentation
- Champion process integrity while maintaining agility and flexibility
- Automate and streamline release workflowsWhat You Bring:- 2+ years of experience in release management, project/program management, or similar roles in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives under tight timelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- A proactive mindset and a knack for process improvement
