Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, maintaining Hubspot, and supporting leadership on enterprise accounts while also handling sales development for smaller accounts.Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize sales operations processes.
  • Conduct sales analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Hubspot CRM to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support sales development representatives in managing smaller accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize and support enterprise accounts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales development or account management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications
  • Hubspot Certification (preferred).
Experience Details
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or analytics.
