- Administer and support SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment, including site collections, permissions, sharing, and tenant‑level configuration.
- Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft Support as needed.
- Implement and maintain governance, security, and compliance standards, including support for Microsoft Purview capabilities.
- Define and support information architecture and content management best practices.
- Enable and support integrations with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Viva Connections, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Collaborate with technical teams on automation, integrations, and solution enhancements.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support, contribute to adoption and training efforts, and recommend continuous platform improvements aligned with Microsoft 365 updates.
- 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment and/or SharePoint Server in an on‑premises environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience with SharePoint security models, permissions, and sharing configurations.
- Hands‑on experience using PowerShell for SharePoint Online administration.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and information management principles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and clearly communicate solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, including retention, records management, and eDiscovery.
- Familiarity with PnP PowerShell, site provisioning frameworks, or automation tools.
- Exposure to SPFx, Power Platform, and low‑code/no‑code solutions.
- Experience supporting intranet solutions and Viva Connections.
- Understanding of Copilot readiness, content quality, and permission hygiene.
- Knowledge of Identity technologies (AD, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, ADFS, WAP).
- Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS‑102, MS‑900, or SC‑900.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to balance governance with usability and business agility
