We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist for a remote, temporary contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong Azure expertise, solid networking and security knowledge, and the ability to provide advanced end-user support across Microsoft environments. This role requires a hands-on technical professional with a broad understanding of cloud, server, and virtualization technologies.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Azure networking and infrastructure, including VNets, virtual machines, and related cloud services.
  • Maintain and enhance network security, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Perform system patching, updates, and improvements across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Utilize SIEM tools to monitor, analyze, and respond to security events.
  • Administer and support Office 365 / Microsoft 365, including user management, applications, and configurations.
  • Provide Level 2–3 technical support to resolve complex end-user issues.
  • Support and maintain applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related productivity tools.
  • Create, configure, and manage endpoints across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain servers, performing routine checks, updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Work with virtualization technologies to support and maintain hybrid and cloud-based environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Azure networking and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with network security concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system patching and working with SIEM platforms.
  • Hands-on Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Ability to support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related cloud apps.
  • Demonstrated Level 2–3 end-user support experience.
  • Ability to create and manage endpoints in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with virtual machines (VMs), Azure VNets, and virtualization technologies.
  • Solid background in server management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
