This strategic role serves as a facilitator between PeopleComms, Procurement and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring seamless vendor management and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will help equip the PeopleComms vendor management team with the tools and processes needed to deliver customer-centric support while upholding Manulife’s core values.Position Responsibilities:Support contract and invoice intake requests through the PeopleComms Vendor Management form, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentationAct as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries from PeopleComms Centers of Excellence (COEs), including contract status, process guidance and invoice supportMaintain and update internal databases to ensure accurate and complete informationDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track the activity and trends of vendor management requests on a quarterly basisProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational improvementsTrain and coach internal stakeholders on procurement and invoicing processesEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and documentation standardsPrepare reports for internal stakeholders as neededSupport the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Contribute to other strategic assignments as requiredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field1-3 years experience in a business operations, procurement support, finance or administrative roleMeticulous attention to detail and strong customer service orientationExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization toolsStrong problem-solving skills and effective oral and written communication skillsAbility to guide stakeholders through complex processes with clarity and confidenceHighly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.#LI-HybridAbout Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
