
Manager, Organic Social

- Own organic strategy (primarily on Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and Youtube) and business outcomes for HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor_ brands.
- Use data and constant experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms.
- Lead creative execution for major brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners to deliver innovative and disruptive social-first content.
- Partner with Brand and Growth Marketing teams to ideate and deliver on social aspects of campaign briefs.

- Detail oriented - There are potentially millions of eyes on your work each day, so it must be pitch perfect
- 5+ years of social media experience, preferably at a large D2C brand or agency working directly on a large D2C brand.
- Proven experience developing innovative social media strategy (content and campaigns) at previous brands.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, or working with influencers directly.
- Expertise with a wide range of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Hands-on experience capturing and creating culturally relevant content (Memes, GIFs, phone-captured video content).
- Experience with paid marketing channels and running Paid Social campaigns, like Paid Social, SEM, Display, CRM
- Experience with data storytelling, social listening, and brand performance tracking.
- Experience working with an in-house creative team (briefing, art-direction, asset management, etc)
- Experience with social media publishing tools (Sprout Social, Hubspot etc.) and social listening tools (Talkwalker, BrandWatch, Synthesio, etc.)
