- Coordinate and manage training programs, including scheduling sessions and maintaining participant lists.
- Upload and organize training materials to ensure easy access for employees and stakeholders.
- Screen job applicants and assist in the recruitment process to find the best-fit candidates.
- Maintain and update HR files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare employee confirmation templates and support onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and employees to facilitate smooth training and development initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as required to support organizational goals.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HR software and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience in human resources administration, including recruitment and training coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS and Human Resources Management Systems.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and maintaining HR documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to handling challenges.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks.
- Experience with payroll and benefits functions is an asset.
