- Deliver on time and accurately monthly, quarterly and year-end statutory and management reporting packages within the applicable timeframe.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end statutory and management reports accurately and on time, within the specified deadlines.
- Work with the Accounting Manager to ensure that all planning and reporting tasks are clearly assigned to each contributor to FP&A deliverables.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and tools. You will lead improvement projects that enhance your ability to be more agile, accurate, and scalable in your work.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to senior management, TransDigm, and the financial management teams.
- Coordinate financial teams to conduct financial audits with the best possible results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
- Manage and coordinate all internal (SOX and operational) and external audits.
- Serve as a resource person regarding activities under their responsibility for various audits (internal and external).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- CPA certification
- At least 7 years of accounting experience
- Strong skills in financial modeling and data management
- Bilingual in French and English (we have offices in the United States)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 (primarily Excel) and PowerBI

- Team player, capable of managing cross-functional teams and leading others without holding a formal leadership title
