- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Account Executives.
- Ensure individual and collective performance by setting clear and measurable goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure communication, development, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce internal policies, promote Convergint values, and maintain a collaborative and service-oriented work environment.
- Develop a business plan and regional strategy to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize opportunity generation plans to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, develop new opportunities, and innovate in customer approaches.
- Assist Account Executives in preparing and presenting proposals and RFPs.
- Work with the team to provide competitive pricing while maintaining optimal margins.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and other internal functions to ensure flawless project execution.
- Actively participate in customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities to support sales development.
- Track, analyze, and improve the accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Effectively manage the budget related to regional activities.
- Ensure that customers are informed of new products, services, and price changes.
- Maintain a professional image and promote Convergint services at all times.
- Motivational leadership and ability to develop talent.
- Experience with the entire B2B sales cycle and market development strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and organizational skills.
- Customer focus, professionalism, and proactive attitude.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technological, industrial, or complex solutions environments.
- 2 to 3 years in sales team management or equivalent role demonstrating leadership.
- Experience in new market development and prospecting.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and strategic account management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
- Sales or leadership training: an asset.
- Knowledge of the electronic security or technology sector.
- Bilingualism in French/English required.
