- Develop and execute global sales strategies across North America and Europe aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth
- Own global forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking against targets
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term commercial agreements
- Act as the senior escalation point for key customer issues and commercial risk management
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and teams across multiple markets
- Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability structures across the sales organization
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture with strong cross-regional collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to align sales commitments with production capacity and service levels
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams on go-to-market strategies and product innovation
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices
- Manage commercial risk including contracts, pricing governance, and customer concentration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or FMCG environments
- Proven experience managing multi-region sales operations across North America and Europe
- Strong leadership experience in complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management
- Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level
- Highly organized, strategic thinker with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
- MBA or advanced business qualification
- Experience working with retail, foodservice, or industrial customer segments
- Exposure to global, export-driven, or family-owned manufacturing environments
