- Oversee all financial aspects of the corporate cost centers, including execution of full-cycle accounting activities.
- Actively support leadership in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the corporate cost centers.
- Manage and monitor project cost accounting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Vice Presidents and Directors, supporting departmental objectives and broader business initiatives.
- Continuously enhance financial processes and analytical tools to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses for senior management and contribute to Finance Transformation initiatives.
- CPA designation with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking and ability to challenge senior leadership
- Excel and ERP proficiency
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent teamwork and solid organizational skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to adapt to change and think outside the box
