- Conducts regular meetings with portfolio leaders to discuss ongoing business needs.
- Consults with leadership providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop, implement and communicate solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Work with key stakeholders to fulfill workforce staffing plans. Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process, promotions, transfers etc.
- Provides guidance and identify training needs on individual development/coaching and succession planning. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Participates in presentation of training programs to ensure success.
- Process HRIS data requests, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data.
- Administer, facilitate and deliver compensation review process in UKG. Provide coaching and guidance to People Leaders around compensation philosophy.
- Administer performance management process (goal setting, coaching, etc.) and assist with tracking and reporting as required. Ensure information is accurate and provide training and technical support to end users.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel to work locations as and when needed, on a regular basis.
