
Customer Support Representative (French / English)

- Serve customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information that they need.
- Help customers navigate the company website, resolve any issues that they are having, and answer any questions that they have.
- Help customers understand their policies and complete claims, order renewals, or other transactions.
- Process payment for services that have been purchased.
- Manage a portfolio of customers accounts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Know what to do if a customer has a complaint or is dissatisfied with the service that they are receiving
- Monthly Bonus pay (range from 0 to 500, based on task completion rate and overall performance)
- Overtime pay
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Fluent in French (Must)
- Fluent in English (Must)
- Mandarian (Not a must)
