- Provide day-to-day technical support and administration of the core HR system, resolving queries and ensuring appropriate system access.
- Partner with regional HR System Administrators to monitor and resolve system issues via shared service channels.
- Lead and support reporting requirements, including designing and developing HR dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Support testing activities in the HRIS Sandbox environment for new releases, enhancements, and updates.
- Assist with global performance and reward cycles (e.g., annual review and bonus processes).
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks, collaborating with regional teams to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR processes through system optimization.
- Facilitate system change initiatives in partnership with People teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop user guidance, training materials, and best-practice documentation.
- Stay up to date with emerging system functionality and HR technology trends.
- Occasional travel may be required.

- The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,00. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
- Full-time, permanent role with flexible scheduling available (core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)

- Proven experience administering and configuring Workday
- Strong expertise in Core HCM, plus a specialist in one of the following Workday elements: Recruitment, Reporting, Security, or Absence.
- Experience designing and managing HRIS reporting and dashboards.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and experience applying data protection principles within HR systems.
- Experience supporting system testing, releases, and configuration changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Discreet and diplomatic, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively across global time zones.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, evolving environment.
