in our AI Managed Professional Services – GrowthTech team, you will be the strategic and technical lead for a portfolio of high-impact partner campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and MatchCraft. You’ll leverage AI-driven insights, advanced diagnostics, and your paid media expertise to optimize performance, resolve issues, and scale results. Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, you will conduct campaign reviews, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and deliver actionable recommendations that directly influence client satisfaction and retention. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where technical problem-solving meets strategic partner enablement.Your ImpactAs a Technical Account Manager, you’ll work with Partner Success, Fulfillment, Product, and GrowthTech Enablement teams to:
- Strategically manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, and vertical-specific platforms using AI-powered insights and platform diagnostics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner campaign questions, escalations, and performance strategy, delivering high-value QBRs and campaign reviews.
- Translate data into actionable insights and clear business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enhancing performance visibility and partner trust.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes, pilot new AI-driven workflows, and contribute to documentation that improves scalability and efficiency.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience in B2B2C channel relationships
- Familiarity with AI tools for forecasting, reporting, and workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, AI copilot tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
