The successful candidate would be a key contributor to our AI and machine learning initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of AI and Machine Learning, you will serve as their strategic partner, or "wingman," driving the execution of AI projects, fostering business development, and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience delivering AI projects, deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, and a proven track record in enterprise environments.At MNP, you will work alongside a collaborative team of creative thinkers and problem-solvers.   • Project Delivery and Execution:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and data projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design and implement AI solutions.
  • Utilize the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, Synapse Analytics) to architect and deploy scalable AI models and data pipelines.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AI and data initiatives, aligning with enterprise goals and client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption of AI solutions and secure buy-in for new projects.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and strategic plans to showcase the value of AI-driven transformation.
  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Director of AI and Machine Learning, providing insights, recommendations, and operational support to advance the AI strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise workflows.
  • Performance and Accountability:
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI projects to demonstrate measurable impact and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards in all projects.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience:
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI and data projects in enterprise environments.
  • Proven success in managing complex AI initiatives, from proof-of-concept to production, with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen, including experience in client engagement, proposal development, and stakeholder management.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, Synapse Analytics, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and data engineering principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and enterprise-grade data platforms.
  • Enterprise Experience:
  • Extensive experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, with a track record of delivering AI solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise challenges, such as data security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering measurable results.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications (ie: Azure AI Engineer)
  • Other relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
