Location: Toronto, ONJOB DESCRIPTION:Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for card issuing and merchant acquiring systems.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing systems, processes, and integration touchpoints with core banking systems.
- Current State Documentation Analyze and document the current state of card issuing, merchant acquiring, and ISD systems, including workflows, data flows, and system architecture.
- Identify and document PCI compliance gaps based on the recent evaluation findings.
- Target State Definition Define the target state for card issuing and merchant acquiring systems to align with PCI 4.0 compliance requirements.
- Develop a roadmap for achieving the target state over a three-year timeline, including milestones and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, risk, and business units, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and validate findings.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare detailed documentation, including gap analysis reports, process flows, system diagrams, and compliance roadmaps. Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Compliance Expertise Ensure all analysis and documentation align with PCI DSS 4.0 standards and RBCs internal compliance policies
- Strong experience in cards and payments systems, including card issuing, merchant acquiring, and payment processing.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS standards, particularly PCI DSS 4.0.Banking and Financial Services
- Experience with a focus on payment systems and compliance.
- Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses of complex systems and process
- CBAP / CFA / CSC certification
- BigData Hadoop, Data Lakes experience
