Coordinating and distributing benefit enrolment information while confirming eligibility
Managing incoming client calls and follow-up communications
Responding to inquiries related to coverage options with a client-first approach
Preparing and explaining customized benefit plans using a structured needs-analysis process
Collaborating with leadership teams to stay informed on products, services, and policy updates
