- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- A minimum three years of Benefits/HR experience required
- Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
- Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance broker space desired
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
