- 7+ years minimum experience of hands on project management and implementation experience in a waterfall or agile delivery. Ideally with 4 to 5 years delivery experience in consulting.
- Completed post-secondary education with an accounting/finance background (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology or Computer Science programs)
- Advanced knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery.
- Experience with business transformation and technology enablement project delivery and an understanding of technology implementation issues and risk.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of SAP (or other IT) transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, with 4 years of Program Delivery experience and as a Project, Large Workstream, or large SAP (or other IT) transformational projects manager with a large team of contributors.
- Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., SAP etc.); minimum 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management processes, software development life cycles, and Agile methodologies.
- Direct experience working with the following SAP S/4 HANA modules: Finance & Order to Cash and Supply Chain Management.
