- Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee the daily, weekly and monthly cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure the Company meets its financial obligations. Drive best-in-class cash management practices and processes, including maximizing returns on idle cash.
- Banking Relationships & Operations: Act as a key contact with banks, credit card processors and other external parties (including solution providers). Coordinate annual relationship reviews. Oversee bank documentation, administer bank portals and accounts (opening/closing accounts, and ensuring appropriate user entitlements), review and recommend banking products. Ensure treasury controls and fraud prevention measures are in place (e.g. Positive Pay) for secure payment processing. Drive initiatives to automate and improve treasury processes, such as digital payment solutions, cash collection automation, and real-time cash reporting.
- Debt Management & Compliance: Support the management of the company's debt obligations and revolving credit facility. Coordinate the preparation and tracking of various financial ratios and compliance certificates required by lenders and credit rating agencies. Oversee timely interest and fee payments on debt and coordinate with other teams to meet all reporting requirements under the credit agreement. Coordinate the preparation of materials and data for quarterly lender calls and credit rating reviews.
- Hedging & Risk Management: Manage foreign currency and interest rate related hedging programs. Ensure all hedge activities are documented and recorded properly, monitor mark-to-market fluctuations and hedge effectiveness in compliance with US GAAP, timely settlement of transactions and related financial reporting. Oversee spot trades and forward contracts to hedge currency risk.
- Equity Program & Strategic Support - Assist in the administration of the company's equity program (long-term incentive plans, share valuations and shareholder liquidity programs) as needed. Support other strategic finance initiatives (such as M&A integration). Complete GL reviews and analysis as part of the month-end process and provide support for interim and year-end audits.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in treasury
- Bachelor's degree or post graduate qualification in finance, business or relevant subject area. CPA/CTP/CFA or similar designation or working towards completion of the designation.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel or relevant tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates integrity and discretion
- Treasury working knowledge, particularly cash and debt management.
- High degree of flexibility and creativity required to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Highly organized, the ideal candidate manages his/her time well
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of a variety of data analysis tools and use of AI to enhance productivity is preferred.
- Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and shows initiative to suggest improvements to systems, processes, and procedures.
