Brief Description:Our employer is a non-for-profit which transforms the cancer experience for families with free childcare and support across Southern Ontario. They are looking for an individual to be strngthening their mission by ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and fundraising operations by providing support to the fundraising team. This role is central to maintaining high-quality donor information, supporting stewardship activities, and enabling the organization to advance revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an energetic and passionate individual eager to join their team.Job Function:Administrative Support
- Provide support for programs, events, and cross-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and minute-taking for meetings.
- Manage organizational correspondence, and general administration.
- Support leadership with document preparation, presentations, and follow-up
- Assist with vendor coordination.
- Enter, update, and maintain donor, gift, and prospect information in Nankind's CRM (Donor Perfect) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and stewardship communications.
- Prepare donor lists, and campaign reports to support appeals and board reporting.
- Assist with list segmentation for l campaigns. Assist with special event registrations, guest lists, and post-event reconciliation.
- Help ensure and data best practices.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in non-profit environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Experience with a donor database/CRM is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
