Base salary range for a Quality Coordinator ranges between $65,000 and $70,000 CAD annually, based on experience.

At our facility in Vaughan, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Coordinator:

Drive project development and continuous improvement in quality systems, waste reduction, food safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
Propose innovative solutions, implement best practices, and enhance performance tools.
Act as liaison with internal/external customers, providing support and maintaining strong business relationships.
Manage complaints and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, track trends, corrective actions, and conduct statistical analysis.
Ensure compliance with certifications (ISO, BRCGS, FSC, H&S), coordinate audits, and apply work instructions with corrective/preventive measures.
Perform product testing and validations, including customer specifications and equipment calibrations; collect/input data and prepare KPIs, dashboards, and documentation.
Promote safety culture and contribute to action plans, supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

You too, put forward your strengths:

College diploma or 3-5 years of experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement, ideally in manufacturing; knowledge of ISO, BRC, Health & Safety, and Six Sigma.
Working knowledge of SAP and computer programs (Microsoft Suite)
Ability to analyze issues, take timely action, and deliver efficient, high-quality results.
Strong teamwork, relationship-building, listening, and effective communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
