Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Operations, and Maintenance teams. Assists with the development, organization, and maintenance of procedures, training materials, and documentation related to safety, quality, and operational standards. Supports continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation updates, inventory organization, and data tracking, while performing routine administrative tasks. May also assist with quality inspection activities and provide coverage for team members as required.Requirements:
- Inspection/collection of incoming raw materials, dry ingredients and finished product for microbiological, chemistry tests and other tests, sending samples to internal or external accredited laboratory.
- Inspection/audit of incoming raw materials for conformance as per Food Safety and Quality Manual.
- Monitor SOP’s (Standard Operating procedures), personal hygiene, product handling (raw materials, in process or finished) for temperatures, weights, shapes, injection, cook up and other product specifications.
- Observe and coach plant employees to comply with GMPs.
- Update and maintain the Visual Quality Standards database for raw materials and finished products.
- Perform monitoring and verification of various tasks based on HACCP program and Food Safety and Quality Manual
- Maintain the lab, work areas and equipment clean at all times.
- Assist QA Manager and HACCP Coordinator in special projects updating programs and procedures.
- Assist with the development, organization, and updating of safety and operational procedures and documentation.
- Support Health and Safety initiatives, including preparing training materials and promoting safe work practices.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for continuous improvement projects across Operations and Maintenance.
- Assist in the development and standardization of operational procedures and equipment care guidelines.
- Help organize and maintain maintenance inventory records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace safety, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability.

- Currently enrolled in College education in food related field of study
- Computer literacy: Basic level spreadsheets, word processing, and statistics
- Basic Knowledge of safe food handling, GMP’s
- Communication skills (both verbal and written)
