- Drive strategic sourcing and recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for assigned client groups, which may include Accounting, Tax, or Assurance service lines, leveraging a business partnership approach to define evolving talent needs.
- Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies, utilizing analytics, market intelligence, and competitive insights to proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Establish and nurture strong external relationships with industry professionals, networks, and associations to strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline and employer brand.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing proactive consultation on talent acquisition strategies that align with short- and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to refine role specifications, incorporating market trends and data on in-demand skills to enhance decision-making.
- Elevate the firm's employer brand by serving as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrate business acumen by aligning recruitment efforts with the firm's financial and strategic growth objectives, directly contributing to performance

- You offer at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic recruitment, sourcing and talent advisory. Corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be considered an asset

- You are a proficient user of applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- You are able to proficiently navigate a range of software and digital tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HRIS/HRMS platforms, AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or ChatGPT, as well as performance and talent management systems.
