- Develop, recommend, and implement leadership strategies, organizational structure, and processes/technology improvement initiatives.
- Provide effective leadership by continuously keeping staff informed on initiatives and results and share responsibility for the overall performance, productivity, and engagement of team members.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships within Corporate Personal Lines and across distribution channels.
- Play a key and active role in the selection process and hiring of qualified staff.

- Loss Prevention
- Work closely with actuarial, operational, sales, and marketing teams to integrate loss prevention strategies with business objectives.
- Underwriting
- Organize, lead and assist in the delivery of corporate audits of each of the regions within the regional division.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Marketing or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in loss prevention, risk management, project management or a similar field is a plus, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fully bilingual.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
- Strong critical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Leadership ability to influence and motivate people and facilitate change.
- Can set clear objectives and monitor the progress of multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- People and/or Project Management experience with strong skills in collaboration, coaching and mentoring, and proven success in team building.
- CIP or FCIP is a plus.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel.
