- Lead the end-to-end NI 52-109 restart project, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Risk, IT, and Internal Audit
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies related to controls remediation
- Ensure clear documentation, governance cadence, and status reporting to senior leadership
- Drive accountability across workstreams to ensure project milestones are met
- Support alignment between compliance, finance processes
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering compliance or regulatory initiatives
- Financial services or insurance industry experience is required
- Strong understanding of control environments, compliance programs, and regulatory projects
- Experience working with senior finance, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading complex initiatives
- Exposure to NI 52-109, SOX, ICFR, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting projects in post-implementation environments (e.g., ERP or finance transformations)
- IFRS 17 exposure is nice to have but not required
- Contract term: 12 months
- Location: Hybrid (details to be confirmed)
- Engagement: Full-time contract
- Rate: Flexible depending on profile and experience
