
Client Onboarding Project Manager

- Lead a variety of end-to-end client onboarding projects, accountable for the ultimate success of each initiative
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, putting the client at the centre, for all assigned onboarding initiatives
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders across RBCIS and RBC to ensure a smooth and successful client onboarding experience
- Utilize a standardized project management approach for all onboarding and transition initiatives, including project framework, internal and client facing artefacts, KPIs & reporting, governance and communications/status updates
- Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle by working with the larger team and partnering with stakeholders
- Conduct projects in accordance with RBC’s standard project management discipline, consistently following Project Management methodology and principles
- Develop a detailed understanding of the RBC Investor Services environment
- Promote a culture of teamwork & collaboration
