- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach service technicians and advisors to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily service schedule and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.
- Customer Relations: Resolve complex customer concerns and provide solution-oriented support to ensure a premium experience.
- Quality Control: Audit service procedures and workmanship to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Financial Management: Responsible for department budgets, expenses, and financial performance metrics.
- 3–5+ years of experience in service management or a related supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a can-do, positive and solutions oriented attitude.
- Track record of successfully achieving above average industry KPI's.
- Proficiency in DMS software (e.g., CDK) and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Journeyman Automotive Technician.
