- Lead end-to-end delivery of cabinetry installation and service activities, ensuring on-time completion, quality execution, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules with internal teams, installers, and builder site representatives, confirming site readiness, measurements, and prerequisites prior to installation.
- Manage all on-site installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, builder specifications, and applicable codes.
- Oversee quality control through inspections, deficiency resolution, documentation, and tracking of service parts through to completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues related to fit, finish, site conditions, materials, or trade coordination; escalate design or manufacturing issues as required.
- Coordinate delivery, staging, handling, and protection of cabinetry materials, and ensure installers have the necessary tools, equipment, and access to perform their work.
- Recruit, lead, and manage installation teams, monitoring performance, productivity, and workmanship, and providing coaching or corrective action as needed.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for builders, maintaining professional relationships, managing daily operations, and providing clear status updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Build strong working relationships with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all phases of each project.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS policies and requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in trades and construction, including supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of cabinetry and millwork installation practices, mechanical equipment, and construction systems specific to residential kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation specifications.
- Experience working with external suppliers and contractors in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong initiative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of construction safety requirements and EHS practices; relevant safety certifications considered an asset.
- Comfortable using technology for reporting, documentation, and communication.
