Well… you might just be in the right place!We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team.In this role, you will partner closely with our TA leaders, talent partners, and coordinators to achieve growth and hiring goals by optimizing our TA tech stack, reporting, target setting framework, establishing effective processes, and minimizing operational friction. You will use data and partner with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities and will provide insights to regional TA Leaders and business leaders, empowering them to make informed hiring decisions. This role reports directly into the Senior Director, Special Projects.What you'll be doing:Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Utilize data insights, collaboration, best practice and market trends to develop the overall strategy for optimizing TA Operations including:
- Leveraging tools and automation
- Elevating the team
- Driving employment brand recognition
- Responsibility for TA capacity planning including target setting with TA Leaders and monitoring team performance.
- Completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly TA reports and updating TA dashboards.
- Utilizing AI and leveraging automations where possible to allow for more productivity and efficiency in TA function.
- Partner with the Talent Insights team to align on reporting tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the TA Technology Stack (Greenhouse, GoodTime, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor/Indeed etc) and work closely with our vendors to drive adoption rate, user success and ROI.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement a scheduling tool to efficiently manage high-volume interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure consistency in TA processes including position descriptions, job advertisements, and consistent approach to reference checks.
- Ownership of key external social media platforms including Glassdoor/Indeed.
- Partner with our DEI Director and Senior Manager, TA in each region to support key global DEI initiatives
- DEI data tracking and reporting (recurring and as-needed)
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
- Proven experience leading a successful TA team and/or TA Operations remit in a fast paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of ATS, workflow design and workforce planning.
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Workday and Greenhouse experience is an asset.
- Contract management/agency vendor experience .
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, people business partners, and HR and business leaders.
- An authentic commitment to driving programs and processes dedicated to building a diverse candidate pool.
- Passion and dedication to establishing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
