- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across Corporate and Finance functions.
- Lead internal and external collaboration to implement IT solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders using various channels and formats.
- Identify evolving business needs and propose digital technology initiatives to support strategic priorities.
- Proactively address performance challenges, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making.
- Develop business cases and annual budget forecasts aligned with financial and operational goals.
- Recommend and support the use of advanced analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
- Lead, manage, or support global, regional, and local IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
- Foster a collaborative environment to exceed business expectations and ensure project success.
- Support the development and maintenance of business dashboards and analytics tools to enhance operational performance.
- Administer and support tools such as SAP FI/CO, IBP, SAP BI, SAP SAC, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Train business teams and promote the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Teva's SDLC, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Education Required: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information
- At least 5+ years' experience of IT Stakeholder Management; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning processes
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GAMP
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
