- Assist new clients in setting up their first campaign
- Achieve sales targets by assisting clients renew their campaigns
- Maximize revenue generation opportunities and customer retention strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer's business, as well as current industry knowledge
- Help customers optimize campaigns and secure budgets for long-term revenue growth
- Act as day-to-day liaison with advertisers
- Identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint high value optimization and sales opportunities
- Previous experience in client-facing digital media including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Familiarity with online pricing models - CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital advertising ecosystem
- Strong understanding of digital media sales and publishing
- Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, results-oriented, and responds strongly to incentives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- A minimum of technical understanding regarding HTML and webmaster analytic tools
- The Trade Desk certification, Google Ads certification
- Salesforce experience
