- Sell pre-owned vehicles using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Leverage access to group inventory and leasing channels to locate the right vehicle every time
- Actively acquire vehicles through trades, private purchases, service drive, and lease portfolio opportunities
- Follow up on all leads and build a strong pipeline through CRM activity
- Conduct test drives, appraisals, and present vehicle options with confidence
- Work closely with management to structure deals and maximize opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- A strong drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Sales experience in automotive or other industries is an asset
- Confidence in communication, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to prospect and generate your own opportunities
- Strong organizational and CRM discipline
- A competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
- OMVIC certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Ongoing sales, product, and digital training to sharpen your skills
