  • Develop and maintain client forms, insurance summaries, and various documents using pre-approved templates, including creating fillable PDFs.
  • Design and update PowerPoint presentations following approved templates.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of both internal and external events.
  • Help with the ordering, maintenance, and distribution of swag inventory.
  • Organize and manage digital and physical marketing materials for ease of access and retrieval.
  • Schedule approved social media posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, including setting up invitations, preparing agendas, arranging catering, and taking notes.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of marketing metrics by preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing processes and strategies.
  • Conduct research to gather insights on competitors' marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure client marketing materials are updated and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the marketing department.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude toward all tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role within a marketing department.
  • Proven proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, including PDF Editor.
  • Understanding of marketing tools/platforms, measurement tools, and tactics such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.
  • Event coordination skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand business objectives and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to the business' needs.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the insurance industry in a marketing capacity, gained from broker, carrier, or MGA sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative flair for designing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
