- Coordinate administrative tasks such as packing supplies and coolers for public health programs.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain schedules using Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepare and edit documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Support inventory audits and supply ordering to ensure program needs are met.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle competing priorities and tight deadlines with effective time management.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain a scent-free work environment in compliance with workplace policies.
- Completion of at least a high school diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate computer skills for tasks such as data entry and minute-taking.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and detail-oriented interactions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
