
2026 Winter- HR, IT Risk Management and Compliance Analyst (4 months)

- Provide expert guidance and support to application owners .
- Compliance Monitoring - Track adherence to IT policies, standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Risk Assessment - Conduct regular assessments to identify, evaluate, and categorize potential IT risks.
- Documentation and Reporting - Maintain detailed records of risk assessments, and compliance findings.
- Collaboration - Work with various groups including HR IT, Global Cyber Security, HR-BMCC application vendors and Group Risk Management to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
- Remediation - Monitor and track the remediation of identified control deficiencies.
- Staying Updated - Stay on top of industry standards and emerging technologies related to IT Risk Management and Compliance.
- Training and Awareness - Contribute to HR-BMCC training and awareness programs and campaigns to promote a string security culture.
