
Investor Delivery Manager

- Partner with senior leadership to support departmental initiatives, projects, and budget management.
- Contribute to the delivery of team objectives while ensuring compliance with policies related to investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash management.
- Review and approve investor allocations for waterfall calculations and oversee the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines.
- Ensure a smooth and professional client integration experience, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Address and resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries from clients, investors, fund managers, or internal teams with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with internal AML teams and administrators to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Review and sign off on schedules, reports, and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Allocate team resources effectively to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
- Participate in the internal Client Relationship Management (CRM) framework, including regular service reviews with clients and internal partners.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in fund administration with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
- Experience in fund accounting (private equity) is considered a valuable asset
