- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).
- Demand Generation: Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Brand & Positioning: Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.
- 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA a plus.
