- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to internal and external customer inquiries
- Greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate travel accommodations and flight arrangements as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for parts documentation
- Complete daily cheque deposits
- Register and discharge PPSA for RPOs and new machine sales
- Process CAT Card transactions through the Fast Iron system
- Run lien cheques on trades as requested by the Sales team
- Process credit applications on behalf of the Credit Team
- Email invoices and account statements to customers upon request
- Create and submit refund requests
- Maintain and update customer profiles in the operating system
- Complete and submit required EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) forms
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position
