- Own account strategy and execution for assigned financial services clients
- Drive revenue growth across hardware, software, cloud, and services
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and gross profit quota targets
- Build and execute account plans aligned with client business objectives
- Manage sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce CRM
- Build relationships with IT executives, business leaders, risk officers, and procurement stakeholders
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees to identify decision-makers and influencers
- Conduct executive-level discussions positioning Insight as a strategic partner
- Lead consultative conversations about digital transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency
- Understand client needs at business and technical levelsCollaborate with Solutions Lines, Solution Engineers, and internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutionsIdentify opportunities across Insight's portfolio: infrastructure, cloud, security, data center, and managed services
- Lead with solutions to drive product sales, adapting approach based on client needs
- Maintain working knowledge of the Canadian financial services landscape and regulatory environment (OSFI, FINTRAC)
- Stay informed about industry trends: core banking modernization, AI adoption, customer experience enhancement
- Understand how technology solutions support compliance requirements and risk management
- 7+ years enterprise B2B technology sales experience; financial services experience strongly preferredProven track record meeting/exceeding $5M+ annual revenue quotas
- Success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience with vendor assessment and security review processes at large organizations
- Exceptional consultative selling and executive presenceStrong territory and pipeline management skillsProficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrong presentation and business case development skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience selling cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, or managed servicesExisting relationships with financial services clients in assigned territoryCertifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or related credentialsFamiliarity with Canadian financial institutions and industry associations
