- Discover and define: Work collaboratively to identify and solve complex problems retail merchants are facing.
- Communicate and Deliver: Share your understanding of business constraints and customer needs with your product team, ensuring everyone fully understands the problem and has the context needed to deliver effective solutions.
- Own and influence: Leverage data and qualitative insights to craft and prioritize the product roadmap and gain support from teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives to deliver on it.
- Iterate and Learn: Regularly gather customer feedback and analyze product performance to continuously refine features and improve the user experience.
- Raise the bar: You'll work with market-leading technologies, colleagues, and partners to create innovative solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership combined with exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to lead initiatives from product strategy through to delivery.
- A track record of driving the development of highly scalable, public-facing SaaS applications, with a focus on high-usage user experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and compellingly, tailoring messages to different audiences and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work within distributed cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, GTM, and customer success, to achieve product objectives.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Knowledge of the retail space environment (the life of typical merchants, workflows and their business operations)
- Experience tracking and evaluating NPS scoring would be a plus.
