As a Sr Consultant, you will be part of the HR Process Delivery team supporting various global initiatives. - Support and drive the response to newly introduced OSFI Integrity & Security guidelines surrounding background screening.
- Engage with various background screening partners across global jurisdictions to achieve standardization in approach.
- Ensure integrity and completeness in screening processes while liaising with risk and governance stakeholders.
- Oversee complex initiatives and milestone tracking with strong project management skills.
- Develop key relationships and influence risk management while maintaining candidate experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven success in global process optimization, especially in HR and background screening.
- Strong governance and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional, international teams.
- Advanced data analysis and dashboard development skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and change management expertise is a plus.
