  • Lead and support the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standard.
  • Assess client data landscapes and maturity to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Advise clients on data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are embedded in data solutions.
  • Facilitate data stewardship and data ownership programs, including training and change management initiatives.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of data governance technologies and tools.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulatory developments in data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and workshops.
About the teamAs a Senior Consultant in Data Governance - AI and Data, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients establish robust data governance frameworks to unlock the value of their data assets while ensuring compliance, quality, and ethical use-especially in the context of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. Enough about us, let's talk about youRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Ataccama etc.) and data management platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and the unique governance considerations they introduce.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or project management is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in data governance, data management, or related disciplines (e.g., CDMP, DCAM, DGSP).
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
