
Payroll & Finance Reconciliation Analyst

- Partner with Payroll and Finance to design and implement payroll GL reconciliation process
- Reconcile payroll results between Workday, payroll general ledger accounts, and invoices for deposits and tax remittances
- Strong understanding of mapping of pay components to GL accounts
- Conduct and resolve variances, providing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Document processes, workflows, and controls to support SOX/SOC compliance and audit requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll and Finance
(2) Experience with processing payroll for at least 3 years in both Canada and US
(3) Experience with UNIONIZED payroll is a must
(4) Must have experienc eprocessing multiple payroll runs
(5) PCP designated(6) Strong communicator, presents well
