Job Description:Our client, a privately held property and asset management firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of commercial retail buildings. With the portfolio recently transitioned back in-house, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, tight-knit team and play a key role in day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 6 commercial properties (primarily retail)
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
  • Handle tenant inquiries, service requests, and move-ins/outs
  • Participate in budgeting, rent reviews, and reconciliations
  • Assist with lease administration and documentation
  • Support implementation of Yardi software
Requirements:Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-2 years of property management experience (retail preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment and managing contractor/tenant relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi is an asset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and values work-life balance
