- Lead and motivate Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and promote company initiatives
- Manage regional sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability
- Oversee new, used, and rental inventory levels
- Establish and monitor KPIs for Territory Managers
- Conduct regular sales meetings and ensure effective regional coverage
- Engage with major accounts to promote full product support offerings
- Provide market feedback to senior leadership on industry trends
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Experience recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally
- Valid passport and clean driver's abstract
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and drive to achieve results
