Our North American client is seeking for an experienced SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) Business Systems Lead to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, including at least 1 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation with proven track record in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Finance modules, along with Margin Analysis, Credit Management, and Asset Management Finance & Controlling (FICO), Project Systems (PS), and integration with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM). This will be a fully remote work setting with limited travel to the client office.Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and applying best practices in Finance processes and integration.
Design, implement, and optimize FICO and PS reporting structures, Margin Analysis, and CO processes (cost centers, internal orders, profitability analysis).
Configure and enhance FICO sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) with compliance to standards and internal controls.
Maintain accurate integration between COPA/CO/FICO/PS and SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and non-SAP systems.
Ensure seamless integration between FICO/CO/COPA/PS and SD/MM for accurate postings, revenue recognition, and cost flows.
Act as subject matter expert to resolve cross-module integration issues.
Lead or support Finance projects, ensuring quality solutions and timely delivery.
