- Promote our full Client Solutions portfolio-spare parts, retrofits, training, and service agreements-to existing customers in the Agriculture and Organics sectors
- Diagnose equipment and operational challenges and recommend improvements aligned with client goals
- Own your sales territory: manage pipelines, forecasts, and dashboards to drive visibility and performance
- Develop and execute commercial strategies and territory action plans to meet and exceed targets
- Respond to product inquiries and assess lead qualification based on client needs and project potential.
- Represent Premier Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales best practices and strategic customer relationship management
- .Travel within North America to meet clients, assess equipment, and support project delivery
- 5+ years of technical sales or field-based commercial experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial automation
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose customer challenges and sell complex solutions with long-term value
- Strong communication and presentation skills-confident with all levels from floor to executive
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop actionable sales plans and adapt quickly to customer needs
- Self-starter with a results-oriented, client-first approach
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the USA and Canada
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience in the agriculture or organics sector - an asset
