SAP RTR Lead

• Led the Record-to-Report (RTR) workstream for large-scale SAP programs, overseeing end-to-end finance process design and solution delivery.
• Owned future-state RTR processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, Period Close, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Conducted fit-to-standard workshops, identified gaps, and defined required configuration, enhancements, and integration needs.
• Provided deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including Universal Journal, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Closing Cockpit, and Reporting tools.
• Strong experience with integrated finance processes across OTC, PTP, Billing, Controlling, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ability to drive solution alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

• Experience leading RTR transformation in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of financial close optimization and automation tools.
• Background in designing scalable, compliant, and audit-ready finance solutions.
